Seraph (He Zhen-Zhen) is an enforcer for .the criminal gag “54 Immortals” (there are definitely more than 54 of them IYKYK).
Seraph was well read as a youth but as a teenager she entered the Singapore quarantine zone and joined up with the 54 Immortals where she quickly rose through the ranks becoming an enforcer. On reaching this level, in order to prove her loyalty she chops off her own arm in order to get a cybernetic replacement.
Her specialist equipment is a beacon that allows her to redeploy at the location she places it and her specialist weapon is the “Annihilator”, a massive revolver with immense stopping power.
