Protected by a SR-71 Blackbird Spy Plane on overwatch, Hudson leads a CIA team into a Soviet outpost in the Ural Mountains.
They infiltrate using a HALO jump, sabotage the facility, and fight through Soviet soldiers. The objective is to locate Nova 6 and track Steiner who is helping Dragovich perfect the gas.
Steiner, realising that Dragovich is running out of uses for him contacts Hudson in order to negotiate safe passage from Rebirth Island located in the Aral Sea.
