Recon (Katsumi Kimura) was a hot-headed kid who could only be calmed by his Grandfather. In 2038 a virulent strain of flu decimated most of Japan, including Recon’s home town leaving him and his father the only surviving members of his family.
Japan begins to descend in to chaos due to the massively reduced population and Recon joins the Ground Self Defense Force as a recon scout in the hopes he can help bring order our of the chaos.
Recon’s special equipment is a sensor dart that helps the team locate nearby enemies and his special weapon is a vision pulse that allows him to see the area surrounding his location on the tac map.
