After his escape for Vorkuta and return to the USA, Mason is taken to the Pentagon in 1963 to meet President John F. Kennedy.
During this briefing, Kennedy authorizes Mason to assassinate Dragovich and on these orders the CIA team of Mason, Hudson, and Woods infiltrate a Soviet cosmodrome in Kazakhstan in 1963.
The team’s objective is to find out what happened to fellow operative Grigori Weaver and eliminate Dragovich, Kravchenko, and a German scientist named Steiner.
As they plant explosives, fight through Soviet troops and attempt to prevent a rocket launch to stop the USSR being able to launch satellites capable of spying on the US they need to find Dragovich and the others — will the team make it to him in time?
